I can if you want but my calves are non existent. I work them out regularly to no avail.

However I still like my legs.

Oh and you could try skipping with jump rope on your toes for long time and doing incline interval sprints, those really good for calves.

I never train calves directly although I am not going to lie I have had fantasy's about two or three hot chicks sitting on my back while I do donkey calf raises like Arnold used to do at Gold's.

as for my calfs, theyre very good but not spectacual enough like the arms or abs, so wont bother uploading.

must say a good set of muscular hams and calvs is very sexy on a woman, not so much a fan of the huge asses fad thugh.
