Yeah, it's me. Yes, I'm 5'3" (might actually be 5'5", because the last time I was measured was as freshman in HS and ppl think I'm wrong).

The fat pic is last year, at 31. The other pic is at 22 or 23 years old. Right now I'm somewhere in the middle. 193 lbs, 9 months clean, might stay clean forever.

Still clean, 9 months. 192 lbs, dieting and doing cardio. Trying to get to 183-185 and under 10% bf for the summer.

At my "best" I was 218 and fairly lean, would have made a good LHW or destroyed the MW classes. Then I tore a pec and a quad in 14 month span.

I've let myself go a bunch of times, but anytime I want to turn it on I'm 3-4 months away from being in great shape. I'm recently single and pissed about it so this summer looks like one of those times fast approaching.

I was a chubby kid. Offseasons, except for the one between the two years I competed, I always got a bit too heavy. Always pushed the food and tried to get huge.

As I got older, I was married, had more responsibilities. I went a couple years at a time between getting in great shape. I got in shape again when I was 28, some pics are on here in the members pics section. Then I let it go again.

Last summer, I got kinda big, but not lean. This summer, I intend to do get lean but I'm unsure if I want to stay clean or get back on the sauce. Either way I'm going to be lean, just either gonna be a Men's Health look, or a Muscle and Fitness. Not sure which.

LOL. I'm half Greek. I can get craaazy dark. A week before my last comp, my ex wife walked into the gym and walked straight past me to the weight room while I was on the eliptical. Then she saw me, came back and said " I thought you were a skinny black dude and walked right past you!"
