glutes.buns of steel dont come by themselves.the ass is the bodypart girls check the most - yes before arms. and of course before chest (chest is a boy vs boy bodypart no women ever in the history of mankind cared about)work your ass off working your ass.
Try doing an exercise I call knife thrusts..........take a sharp knife and thrust it into your ear!! Good day!

A nice butt is important for both sexes, I think, but I can't fully agree with you about the chest, Bluto. Maybe it is more of a "guy" thing, and ordinary girls who sit on their asses and don't do anything might not be able to tell Arnold's chest from some fat guy's ... but most women who lift or have been around gyms for awhile definitely appreciate a nice pair of pecs
