It's my anniversary...

40 years this month I began training (12 years old) and at 52 can still throw up a 500lb squat (90%)..

I only go heavy twice a week (upper/lower) auxiliaries are light and cardio is at the end of each session. diet is good, nothing crazy probably right around 2500-3000. Im very aware I'm getting older.

The average male american lives to 71. Youre about 50 or so. Just think, you will most likely be dead in 20 years.  :-\ :-\  ;D ;D :D :D When I reach your age, Im probably going to be depressed. I cannot fathom living with the idea that I will only have 20 years left.  :-\ :-\
