Did the CIA play a part in all the GOP scandals made public?

Remember Bush going to war with the CIA and the internal CIA war occurring as a result?  Well since that time the number of republican scandals to be made public is astounding and the precision almost general at war like... Cutting off the funding of the beast that was Delay through Abramoff as well as humiliating scandal after scandal...  Scandals cutting of the support from the religious right... Really a very coordinated attack it seems like

You're right.  battling factions in the repub party and the larget intel agencies and military complex behind it.  Bush got his wrist slapped.  New Sec of Def. will be regaining a bit of order for the old school.
