Well im not "sure" it was the gym owner. but I know it was. Cops was waiting outside his door 10.30 at night after he got home from the gym.. on a friday.. WAITING. And there's only one fella that hates my friend and that the gym owner. Who has Wrongfully accussed him of using a Billion times (like gb'ers hehe). Even offered himself up to be tested, but then the owner back down. and this one time when it actually happens hes 2 weeks into first cycle lol. Hes banned from that gym and got a fine. not the gym owner or anything..
cops have a lot to do when they're waiting outside someones door on a friday night because of an "anonymous" tip that someone is using ::)

You have a decent shape. Arms and shoulders are OK. You are doing the best with your genetics. You need to diet and eat more organic foods. Get rid of the fat. Shave the back and shoulders. Get tanned. Wear white briefs. I think if you do these and take pics again you will get lots of props. You body also looks full of toxins and has a certain look like it is made out of bunk gear. Organic food in moderation coupled with pharma grade hormones is the key.

What's your diet like? You'd probably look a lot more muscular if you were slimmer. I think the extra weight you're carrying is hiding a lot of your hard work. Arms look good though.

i had some tren but i sold all of it and used higher doses of test prop instead. been all out of gear for almost two weeks now. going to get tren in a couple weeks and see if that helps lean me out. i know i need to diet, im fat as fucking shit. my gf keeps me happy which takes away motivation to starve myself.

So besides having a large frame, when you describe yourself as being big is this perhaps because you were one really fat? I've noticed that people who are or were fat say they are big because they still have that self image.
In contrast, I almost always see myself as looking skinny even when I weigh 225 lbs at 5'11". I too am big boned. my wrists are over 9". I have large hands and huge feet. What I see when I look in the mirror is my skinny 16" calves.
Perhaps what drives us is the desire to overcome what we think we look like more than what we actually do. Frankly, aside for some a little extra "stuff' on your middle, you don't look that big. Muscular yes, big like in a giant, no.
The last time my waist was 28" I only weighed 126 lbs and I was fifteen years old. It is 34" today, which isn't great but it could be worse, especially for an old guy like me. I suspect HCG is helping to keep my waistline in check. It sure isn't my diet! ;D

12 oz. water
Meal # 2 :
1 can water packed tuna (plain)
lg. green salad (with fat-free dressing......... should only contain 3 gms. of sugar or less)
12 oz. water
Meal # 3 :
5 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 baked potato (use "I Can`t Believe It`s Not Butter" spray)
1-2 cups green beans
12 oz. water
Meal # 4 :
6 oz.Lean Ground beef
1 cup brown rice
1 cup green veggies
12 oz. water
Meal # 5 :(Pre-Workout)
1 scoop whey in H2O
Meal # 6 :(Post-Workout)

Meals 5 + 6 should be placed pre and post workout respectively at whatever time it is that you train.

tbombz looks about like any other mid genetic that would run a 1gram of test a week? He may be able to get leaner on them doses not much bigger on a gram I top of at around 230 11% or 240 15% a little higher on 1gm test. I think if he runs a 200mg of tren a day for 6 weeks he will look totally different. I think pretty much your stuck in the 230 10% on a gram of test or deca near 400 bench 500squat and 550-600dead on average. I ran 750mg -1gram for 2 yrs straight and stayed in that range. He doesnt use that much drugs really and not stronger drugs.

i feel great on 2cc of tren a day. it's wintertime so the heat really isn't an issue, sleeping is fine with sleeping pills. i enjoy the tren psychosis, it just makes me more aggressive and assertive, which isn't a negative thing since i can still control my temper if i really needed to.
only issue is the hairloss, it's real bad on 2cc of tren a week, however, lower dosages of test cause the same amount of hairloss and 1.5grams of test makes me feel significantly worse, health wise.

Even on 700 mg/week I was a raving maniac, pissed off everyone I lived with. You can't go through life like that, it's depressing.

and the problem with this is? I dont take a lot of juice but I do feel better on around 700-1000mg of test.
