If someone is living off your dime then all you should be giving them is a about a 100-200 per month in food, a few hundred per year for clothes, and the extra utilities for the year would be just a few hundred as well. That's all you should be owting for. Anything in excess of that and your doing more harm than good by building a habit of dependance and living above their means and disincentivizing productivity.
