This is what I was trying to say there is one bar in my gym like this no matter what weight is on there it will spin
Well I tried this at the gym yesterday with 3 plates and had a hard time, had to put some muscle into it, then tried with four and could barely twist it at all, the difference was night and day between 3 and 4, so six would be certainly impossible, now about it being different with a different bar, well, I don't know, maybe,..... but because my focus was else where and I was messing around got a lousy 2 reps up, shitty workout
