675lbs on the bar. Very strong but shouldn't sacrifice form for weight.

Was just going to leave this at a thread with a funny video, but since the subject has been broached let me add that this is another  great example of why I think deadlifts are overrated.


Also, what's the bluetape or chalk around his back and arm? Is that a powerlifting or crossfit thing?

I'm to the point now age wise if I saw this I wouldn't even say anything. The dude is an annoying douche hooting and hollering like that, but I'd probably just pretend I didn't notice. 15 years ago I'd have said something, most likely ending in some sort of altercation. At what age do we develop that type of restraint, where you just don't call someone out for being a douche. Surprised he moved that weight though.

The guy has the complete douche gym outfit to a T, K-tape all over the body, Bodybuilding.com shirt, weight belt with his name written in, knee braces, wrist wraps, barefoot, silver chain, gym bag with a ton of stuff in it not placed in locker has to have it with him at all times. It  doesn't get any better then this!

He's got a +300lb bench and a +450lb squat so he's strong on other lifts too.
Being an extreme ectomorph, he's never going to fill his 6'4ft frame but he's got great genetics for strength, especially deadlifting.
