Cutting comes ENTIRELY from diet and cardio. There is no such thing as a "cutting" cycle per se, although certain compunds have less estrogenic side effects and subsequently cause less bloat (like winny).
That being said, you've stuck to 2 very basic newbie cycles, which is good. You've gotten used to injecting also. I would still keep it pretty basic, and don't increase your test too much, if at all, because you will likely have many cycles ahead in which to slowly do that (remember, test is your base). Maybe time to try some deca and increase the cycle length:
Week 1-16 test enanthate 500mg per week
Week 1-12 deca durabolin 250mg per week
Week 10-16 winny 50-75mg per day
Arimidex 0.5mg every day (or 1.0mg every other day) throughout
hcg 300 IU every 5 days throughout
Nolva for PCT 20-40mg per day for 4 weeks
Don't jumpstart this one with dbol again, though. Give your liver a rest. By the 6th week you will be loving this one.
