Exactly 240. Let's not be so quick to dismiss this accoutrement.

The straps help keep the bottoms high on the hips, giving the illusion of a longer legs and a shorter torso. This can help make the lats look longer and fuller, whilst minimizing hip width for the more Herculean physique. Mentzer could have used one at the 80 Olympia to great success.

No, I think this garment has its place. Huzzah!
