i heard he tore his bicep or something like that.can someone tell me what happened..post some pics maybe?
he actually had decent arms b4 going nutz

I like Gregg and especially his columb. but when i say get bigger i don't mean like that, there is a video of him in the gossip board right now and i've never seen him "move" before. I've just seen him in pics. In the video when he started to move and flex i was actually freaked out....seriously freaked out......ronnie is a freak but he is a bodybuilder, i have his videos and they don't give me that feeling. Im not bashing Gregg but i believe he knows enough about training that if your arms get too big you have to stop training them just like branch does for his legs, and arnold did for his chest....thats bodybuilding

If you do the the Jr in Jr Yates must stand for around 4-6 years old !!!!!thats about how naive you would be!!

no mr. hardcore....i know what synthol is.....but i think if ronnie wanted to do that to his legs or his calves he could....but that wouldn't be bodybuilding and he'd be unsymetrical. you said he could have stoped at anytime and that he knew what he was doing and your right...thing is though he didn't stop.....now his arms are bigger than his legs.

What gets me , is how uncomfortable must he constantly be, not to mention the pain factor with all those injections and oil in his arms, I dunno its beyond me , but I guess if you look at his writing you can see the slight mental disability's in his thinking processes

I love reading Gregg's column each and every month....it often leaves me with tears from laughing way too hard!!! But damn what the hell was he thinking....ive never understood excessive synthol use, it just looks stupid in my opinion but what do i know?

I'm not sure what worse..... the fact that someone hit him so hard with a "baseball bat" (Um, why??????) ....or ..... that he expects us to believe that an abcess was not drained from that arm?

I read many times at Valentino's own web site that his bicep had an abcess. He used to squeeze it and shoot the pus out like a rocket for fun.

I remember one time GV saying he had a better body than Priest and he would take him in a show any day, just goes to show how delusional the guy is !!!

gregg says it's not synthol. he says that if it were synthol his arms wouldn't be shaped like arms. they actually look rediculous but still like arms... insanely huge ones. he says he injects stuff straight into the muscle but not synthol. i forgot what it was he says he sticks in there. he did say he uses a lot of steroids.

thats what i just read in this months MD, he hasnt used AAS in a long while....according to him he didnt start using till age 35...who knows??
