Bill Pearl's logic is vastly flawed, he suggests that if Arnold could win after 5 years absence, sports must be regressed sounds logical but not true.
Arnold and Sergio was so ahead of their time, and Arnold was still young at age 33.
Same flawed logic suggests, Arnold shouldn't won with his %70 percent form...
Same applies, he was way ahead of competition.
His height and broad frame/depth is second to none.
Frank Zane had amazing square shoulders and beautiful waistline but next to Arnold he was so slim, light in structure.
Tinerino and Roger Walker came close in width but they had thicker waistline and larger hips.
Mike Mentzer had amazing deltoids but mediocre frame.
It is amazing how slim Arnold seems when he stops juicing but I really believe he has broad shoulders and large bones.
Maybe his long limbs gives illusion of slim frame.
Wonder what was Arnold's reach and shoulder span.
It is amazing no magazine mentioned those stats
