Most dominant bodybuilder of all time.

Far too underrated now that his time has gone.

I think Haney knew they needed new faces on the magazine covers, Yates would have been given the nod in 92 and Haney knew it.

Agreed.

Also I read a quote from his wife saying she didn't want him to put himself through it anymore.  It sounded less like the normal bodybuilding mag fluff so I've always thought that was true.

Plus Dorian really was looking like his toughest ever opponent.  But for me Haney was more ahead of his time (and the pack) than anyone before or since because sometimes Ronnie looked like shit.  Haney never looked bad.  Google his Tokyo guest posing routine.

That was the year they were drug tested, apart from Benfatto they were all off.
Paris looked tiny.

its not even close..haneys pecs/delts/lats/mass/thickness hanging off small joints like no other,,,yates is harder in some shots and his front lat spread is great but still indication what was to come from him'his fr lat spread might be best off all time at his biggest like 96 grand prix showing..

Not close I agree, but the tightest he had ever been pushed in all his time as Mr Olympia.  Dorian was coming and he was much hungrier than Haney by that time.

But Haney is the best competitive bodybuilder of all time in my opinion.  Dorian would say that too.

I agree as well,,haney was better than his runnerup gaspari a lot more than yates ,,,gaspari genetically could never beat haney, and rich worked harder than most ,that's why he peaked quick 5 yrs and out or lower placings.i will give rich credit 87 he was big and full, everything was blown up .

All things considered, Haney is arguably the greatest Mr. O of all time.

1-He broke Arnold's record

2- became the greatest mr.O of all time

3-Dorian was a new comer in 91'..... why chase after Dorian (a nobody at the time) and comeback in 1992??

there's where Haney is in a class of his own ...unlike Ronnie,Dexter,Jay  etc.....

WOOOSSSHHHHHHH  most dominant ever
