I think the Patriots and the NFL are coming down way too hard on Hernandez. It's simply a murder charge- it's not like he used the "N" word. Give the Taco Bender a break.

All people are innocent until proven guilty.

In this case, the evidence is stacked against him.  There are ways where one of his friends could accept blame, he could say he was just scared and going along with it... he could get a very small sentence and be back in the NFL in a year.

It could happen.  Most people thought Ray Lewis was done... didn't he walk into a police station covered in blood and lawyer up?

Yup, they said they tracked his cellphone down freeways , roads had times and shit like that, how is that possible if the murder didnt happen yet, unless everyone in america is being tracked and recorded just like edward snowden said.

Contracts and guaranteed money can be voided if the person does something to embarrass the team.  There is some stipulation in there.  Fuck him and fuck his whole family.  I don't feel sorry that his kids won't see the money, that's his fault for being such a fuckhead.
