the rest of it was basically just talking bout shit you did that day, unless you mean this question: "what about if the time between meals is 2 days? what then?"

and if so then once again it's about getting your daily calories in each day so if you don't get them in one day you could probably make up for it the next day coz if you are trying to lose weight it's the same fucking thing and i'd say it's even by week rather than be day

for example if your fat loss diet is 2000 a day that's 14,000 a week, so if you fuck up one day and eat 5 grand then you gotta make sure to eat less other days to keep your weekly cal intake at 14,000 in this scenario

bodybuilder B eats 1 time a day

bodybuilder C eats 1 time a week

both eat exactly the same amount  and type of food on a one week basis

who makes better gains and why ???

I think digestion efficiency varies with a lot of factors, like size of meal.  Bber C will digest less of the food than bbers A and B, because his meal is so large.

Bbers A and B probably won't see much difference, especially short term.  Long term I think A might have fewer issues, but who knows.  The difference may only become significant at larger intervals (e.g. bber C, who would certainly be worse off).

Eating 6 times per day, or every four hours, provides the body with the materials it needs to build muscle tissue around the clock. You can go back to Vince Gironda with his every four hour muscle protein "feeds," so this isn't new. Eating the same amount once per week, or once per day, just won't be as efficient for building muscle tissue, as the building materials won't be there for muscle building, for the body to use. The body doesn't have a storage pouch for keeping protein around until you need it, except in muscle tissue, and that would be a zero sum game in terms of muscle building. At very best, you would only maintain, rather than build. And, although the body can store body fat, it can't access your body fat for anything other than energy.

It depends on the person. My metabolism is slow as fuck if I eat only once a day. I have done the 6 times a day, and I get the same results eating 3 times a day and tapering carbs. Plus eating 6 times a day is too hard when you are working.

i just eat less if my skinfolds get too high and more if i want to add size, but i won't let myself go over 9-10%, right now i'm sub 6 with veins on my abs

the last few days i've eaten at surplus but i don't really know how much over, once i get lean ie. sub 6% i can eat like shit for about a week or so, and then it starts to fuck me up

some eyetalian-american, his name is delmonte i believe, proposes cyclic eating, basically get down to sub 6 and then eat at surplus, for maybe 2 or 3 weeks til you hit 8-10% and then diet back down again to sub 6, i think it's a good plan but who the fuck wants to mess with all that shit, going up and down like that week after week

btw, i think that vegangains attacked this delmonte fella for being a fraud of some kind

i dont really know, i eat a kilo of chicken breast a day and heaps of rice, not sure how muh rice, probably somewhere around 750 grams
