I have had 3 shoulder surgeries and I get a clicking popping grinding in the left shoulder if I do not warm up. My X rays show bone loss in the socket. I will train shoulders the way I feel is best. You can throw kettleballs over yours all you want by all means have at it.

You mean your joint space is reduced? 

Please share your mobility program....

Today was arm building chest "maintenance" day (oh brother 😃)

And I had not worked pecs for 10 fucking days so I'm thinking (I'll be lucky if I can hit my maintenance weight and reps)

But guess what? That working weight was light and I just went ahead and pushed it till failure

4 reps more than my required maintenance reps

Guess I just feel like a pussy not pushing til failure but I'm shocked they improved so damn much after not working them at all for 10 days straight

1 leg calf raises - 21 sets of 12-15 reps each leg (sets alternated with other exercises including warm up sets)
Behind neck press standing - 12,12,12
Barbell row - 12,12,12
Flat bench press - 12,11,10
Upright row - 12,12,11
Plate curls - 3 high rep sets
Hack deadlift - 12,12,12

Lol, At 20 reps. You have said yourself you have trouble counting while lifting.

I'm guessing, you did 8 reps.

You don't have the muscular endurance or strength to do 20 reps with 225.

Banged out many sets for 3 x 315 and deads 3x 495 for reps after reps.   And then sleds , incline presses , and pushups.   Destroyed it unlike the resident fairy w zero hamstrings.
