Hey GH15. How do I look for just a lowly gymrat of 6'5" and 250lbs? I'm running 300 test prop a week with 800eq and 7-8iu novos 5on/2off. I know I'm a fatty and look like shit compared to slin/chaos/other beasts but I'm not bad for a 27yr old who drinks a keg of beer every weekend and eats fast food most days.

Diet 30 - 40 pounds off and you will look fucking awesome plus bigger and wider , you cant see the good work the aas are doing as you are carrying to much bf and water. :)

low dose is 2/4 iu of hgh and test at trt dosage....
here is what you should do....
keep the hgh in....
get some tren....
test whatever test is fine...
masteron...
use the tren at the dosage you are using the eq now...
masterone prop.... 50 /100 mg eod...
test is fine at 300 mg a week....
clean your diet up .. and stop drinking so much....
once in a while will not harm you, but every weekend fucks up lines bro....
you will look way better ... you have a decent structure but you look very bloated around the midsection....
that is the bad food and booze... lol....

I'm 6"4 and we have similar builds. As you know, it takes a crap ton of food to fill out that frame, even with gear. There's a reason you don't see a ton of tall bodybuilders. I say great job bro. Did you notice a lot of changes when you added the GH?

I don't think some people realise how hard it is to be built at 6'5". It took me years as a natty to get to 215lbs at a lower bodyfat than this, then I added in the juice 2 years ago, I haven't done any big cycles but at the moment I'm cruising on the test and just added in the EQ at 800. The HGH was 3-5ius until the last 2 months when I upped it to 7-8iu and I see a cut in bodyfat from it...very slow but still.
I find it hard to believe I'll "look" bigger at 220 and ripped but I might drop a few pounds to see...can someone advise me on diet. I have always been a skinny kunt and lanky so it's important for me to be "big" and I wanna hit 280lbs this year

It's very hard. I have thin bone structure too, see my wrists? My arms are not big at all, way weaker than all else. My waist is only around 36" though. Yeah, looking at my pic I'd look way better if I dieted a bit.

The cool thing about being so tall is you don't even have to be very muscular... you only have to stand still next to the shorter buff guys for them to start getting nervous :)

anabolics work better in a lean body!!
estrogen sides will be less..... and steroids work more efficient...
once lean and without the bloat you will see it is easier building lean tissue....
eat when hungry.... when you eat , eat healthy good rich food.... doesn't have to be boring food!!
train heavy 3 or 4 times a week....
drink less beer!!!!!! lol..... go out and have a few drinks but with moderation....
i myself im drunk like twice a month lol.... but i am cruicing now... when i am building i do not drink at all...

I think you are fortunate that you don't have a lot of abdominal fat.... That is the hardest part for me to lose.. Once you lean out just a little you will look a lot bigger but with abs... You probably could pull the old "wipe the sweat from forehead with shirt pose" at the gym!

adjust these things and you will look a lot better....

Regardless of what Lyle looks like, or that fact that he's an asshole, he knows his shit when it comes to diet and how the body uses fuel.
There's many ways to cut the fat down but if I were you, I'd eat like this at 250 trying to diet:
240 grams of protein + 100 grams of fat + 150 grams of carbs Everyday.
Only eat those carbs Post Workout. Break down the rest into however many meals makes you happy.
Some might like 6 meals. FINE eat 6 meals. Some may like 3 meals. FINE eat 3 meals. Whatever..
Here's a sample 6 meal plan:

Only eat those carbs Post Workout. Break down the rest into however many meals makes you happy.
Some might like 6 meals. FINE eat 6 meals. Some may like 3 meals. FINE eat 3 meals. Whatever..

But I never get the same results following that advice that I do when I'm following a structured diet as I wrote out for him.
Perhaps now that I'm priming on 5 iu's for 60 days before bumping it to 8-10 for 60 more days I can eat less rigidly. (I'm 1 week in on some Thanks! )

It's very hard. I have thin bone structure too, see my wrists? My arms are not big at all, way weaker than all else. My waist is only around 36" though. Yeah, looking at my pic I'd look way better if I dieted a bit.

This is a pic I took in early November, Ilook smaller here and I was off cycle and about 230-235lbs. I was only off for maybe 6-8 weeks and I started back just before Xmas and was doing like 500 sustanon with 4-5iu's HGH. I've been on since but as I said dropped to only 300mg prop and threw in 800mg EQ a few weeks ago. I've only consistently been on HGH for maybe 6 months, I'm not sure really because I found it hard to get access to it but now I have a constant stream I have upped it from 4-5iu's a day to 7-8iu's.
I'm not saying I look great, but I still get plenty of compliments. When you're 6'5" you only need a semi-decent physique to look impressive in person especially when my shoulders are very wide.
(Yeah, my left arm looks tiny it's the way my arm is back further from mirror)

Cut down on booze/beer/fast food.
Next do cardio twice per week (my guess is you're lazy but you can handle 30 min of cardio 2x per week)
Lower test to 200 mgs and EQ to 400mgs per week. THATS FUCKING PLENTY.
DO ALL OF THIS FOR TWO TO 4 WEEKS. ALL OF IT.
You will look and feel much better.

I have used way, way, WAY less gear than a lot of guys on here. I've only been juicing for 2 years and I have taken big enough breaks between cycles. Now I'm staying on for a while though and gonna throw in some masteron/tren before Summer.

French fry arms are over 17" for sure, big man. You forget about the size of my frame. Definitely small arms for my size but still get chicks grabbing my arms in bars every weekend. My legs are big but I barely train them you cheeky kunt :P

That's a fair enough comment. I don't know if you can see it from the pics but my shoulders are VERY wide. It's the first thing people mostly say, "your shoulders are broad as fuck, can I zuk ya dik??". Anyways, this thread is getting old fast for everyone I'm sure...I'm sick of posting in it but I might post a progress pic in a few weeks.

You aren't fat, you just have a blocky waist and lack muscle tone, people are mistaking bone structure and lack of muscle tone for being fat. That and huge water retention.
Your tall and have decent width so don't need to be juiced to the eyeballs to look good. Just get your water down and run some cycles with some tren, mast, Winny, in to get a more solid look to your build.
