“Full Blown” was a good training DVD. Good not great.  Levrone was high or drunk in most of “The Maryland Muscle Machine”, although his training footage was very impressive.

  I remember seeing Levrone for the first time on American Muscle on ESPN.  I thought he was cocky as hell and would wash out in a year or so.  I was wrong.
