i know i certainly DONT these days but im really liking these navel oranges very sweet and juicy gonna eat atleast 10 a day MAXIMUM DOSAGES is the onlyway to find out the effect of some things

normally ive been forcing myself to eat beans but i dont always got the taste for it , shure its protien but its not like "OOOH I CRAVE SOME BEANNNNS"
now at night when tired and want some energy oranges are the perfect thing to eat as long as they are good ones

lots of man goes lately...usually late night can't control my fat self eating.

I get quite a few in every day as I blend up oranges, apples, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi's, pineapples every day for breakfast. I wouldn't be doing that if I didn't have a blender though, way easier to get all that down in a drink.

i eat paleo/primal so pretty much everything i eat is either a plant or plain meat of some kind. on the fruit side of things i go through bare minimum of two bananas, two apples, and a glass of OJ per day.

I eat minimum of four servings of veggies and minimum one fruit. I believe both are vital in everybodys diet. Some may not notice a difference but your insides will thank you regardless of if you feel a difference or not.

if you did that you wouldve never ever questioned your diet or rep-range workout routine
shit will start coming together if you start eating 20 peices of fruit a day its not hard to do
the best time to do it is at night when your tired you can eat oranges back to back to back and feel so energetic while you do it

above posters are right. at this point when i have hunger pangs or just want to eat something i tend to reach for a handful of almonds or an apple (and yes, gala apples are the shit). Once a week I'll eat "poorly", but that just means a basket of wings and some fries with a couple beers. i'm at a point where things like pizza literally don't appeal to me.
meal 1: protein powder in almond milk, banana, cup of coffee.
meal 2: bigass stir fry (if i make it) or salad (if i'm out of the house) with grilled chicken, onions, jalapenos, brown rice.

meal 3: either and omelet with oatmeal or a pair of sandwiches with flax flats with OJ, and a handful of M&Ms.
meal 4: half container of whole milk plain greek yogurt with a banana and a half cup of walnuts mixed in, plus cinnamon.

And why not take some of those 8 servings of fruit and replace them with vegetables instead....lower calories, same or more nutrients and less sugar.
I honestly believe the smoothie craze is contributing to diabetes. Fat lazy people drink tons of smoothies not realizing the high calorie/sugar content.

I don't eat 10 pieces, but the serving amounts are also pretty fucked up. I would starve desperately eating the way that is recommended. I usually have a whole pot of beans or potatoes during dinner alone.
Oranges and apples pretty often but I often end up not finding a good time to have them. Maybe in the morning, but then I never feel like eating sweet and afternoon I'm feel pretty full.

I recently started adding fruit and vegetables to my diet and my energy has been really really high in comparison to before.
Now eating about 4 apples a day (reduces acidity), a few plums or oranges, as well as a bowl of spinach or broccoli, then later a bowl of kidney beans and peas or other mixed vegetables.

Good find on Morgan. It's pretty much about cals fat loss/fat gain other than health. But carbs burn faster than fats so hence why falcon eats the oranges to mow and paint daily but at night I think he takes in more fats at night which carries to the next day because of inactivity during sleep.
