Title: 20" cold arm

Don't believe in training triceps OR forearms I see. Bodyfat count is somewhere around 30%. Lose 100 pounds and those supposed 20" "GUNS" will be reduced to 14.5" GUARANTEED.  ::)

A ripped 16" arm is more impressive than a smooth 20" arm with not definition.

Guys, I did say I was bulking, not cutting, lol. Here's from 2 years ago at the Excalibur at 19" (was 231 lbs at the weighin).  (http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/img/user_images/growable/2008/08/06/14170/profilepic/2182842orig.jpg)

  To be honest, I am on HRT. 400 mg of Test Ethanate, - got a really generous  doc. Just finished 8 weeks on it, now on Tamoxifin EOD.  That's it at this time.

LOL... um, I wouldn't consider 400 mg to be 'hrt levels'.

100 mg a week is fine for HRT.  You're running a cycle at 400 mg... your doc deserves a really nice christmas card from you this year!

Very solid looking arms there on stage for a 48 yr old, 20inchs in that first pic you posted? Hard to beleave the picture below is of a arm measured at just over 20inchs in 1971 when Sergio weighed 233lbs.
