This pic was taken around 2 weeks ago, my strength has gone up a lot. I've stricten my diet, taking in more greens and lifting heavier.

All jokes aside, you are very small and are in serious need of gaining some real muscle. Without all that fat, you probably have arms that measure at 12 inches pumped and sadly a very narrow frame. Your chest looks as if it does have a pretty decent shape to it, but again only dieting down would assure anyone of that. Yet, with a little work and proper eating, you can become pretty impressive.
