Looks like the Aero 8. I love Morgans, mate had one when we were in Uni, bodywork made of wood. He used to wear those old WW2 pilot's caps (leather ones) and goggles diriving it around  ;D

Anything made by Ssangyong is awful looking. Wheels are tiny, body awkward. Ugh.
