Well I had respiratory probs for 16 months. I started getting sinus infections a month apart and then two weeks apart until they ran back to back. They would go to my throat and my chest and so it was a vicious cycle. Then 3 months out from surgery I couldnt breath and the surgeon put me on predispone to open up my lungs before my operation. So I was training when my infections were a month or two weeks apart but towards the end I couldn't train. I had surgery 3 months ago. When you are sick you don't think about dieting and to be honest I had little to no appetite with the infections, I probably ate 1-2 times per day which slows down the metabolic rate. But having said all that, all my pics I varied in my weight ranging from competiton level to curvy and thicker. I prefer myself somewhere inbetween but I know many prefer me curvy.
