My belief is that no nattie can bench 405 no matter how many years they train ....only top gifted strength athletes

as far as stregth goes, i think naturals can get very strong. but they wont look pleasing to the eye. had a friend in high school who would throw around some insanely heavy weights... dude was always BIG since as far back as i can remember... even in jr high  he had some fat ole triceps...   he would bench 365 for a couple and squat 495 for  a few..

do you know 4 sure he didn't use ???

I know guys who swear onj their mothers grave to be natties and have test faces :))

no i dont know that..but ive known him since we were 12 and his proprtions have never change... hes always been the same "bigness" for his height...

I think naturals can lift heavier than 405.  It all depends on the natural's body weight also.

I have a buddy who's clean as a whistle and he's benched 405lbs raw. He never touched m1t when people claimed it was natural, he never used natural test boosters that were spiked with steroids or really any supplement other than some protein and creatine monohydrate. He's a beast. I would know, because I helped him with his first cycle and he looks fucking crazy!!

I believe him about being natural too because he couldn't even pin himself. He asked if he should just take orals but I forced him to use the sauce he already bought lol... his gf pinned him and know he's monstrous. Just ran some orals and a little bit of test and exploded. You can get strong and stay natural for sure. Strength training isn't a mystery. Getting BIG has plateaus that no natural can break through however. After a certain point you need to get on AAS or other drugs to progress.
