Not really, just an elliptical and my Total Trainer although I'll prob get rid of it for a Bowflex.

If i trained him he would not just lose weight but change his outlook on life.
I think a big draw back is he is stubborn and tends to think he knows what he's doing and doesn't listen when people give him solid advice. I'm sure he knows quite a bit and I like his confidence but sometimes we all need to take a step back and realize we could use some help. Never stop learning!
I've taken a break from any serious training to heal up from some injuries. I would only care if I was still competing. I'm still in pretty decent shape. The area I've moved to has plenty of open fields and space for so I'll start back jogging as well as biking.
