I caught up with Getbigger, HowieW, at the NPC JR USA this past weekend. Howie is a funny guy and plans to implement the "GETBIG OR DIE" campaign in the coming weeks. Check out one of you fellow getbiggers and hear how he plans to drop his bodyfat below 20%

BTW, at 48 this thing we call bodybuilding is a fun hobby and lifestyle. On a serious note I would love to get lean enough to compete in a Mr Podunk by this fall.
