Ramy's got too much oil and blew up too fast. He's still has that bloofy look. The only thing he has on Coleman is abs. Hell, if Begeke had better conditioning, in a properly judged contest, he'd beat Ramy.
Ramy is a freak that serves the "freak" role---like Wolf, like Ruhl, like Dillett and Fux.

it really depends on what the "sport" wants.  Phil is a safe consistent winner.  Ramy could be a wildcard.  If it's tied, will we see him 'paying his dues' with 3 years of runner-up slots, no matter how good he looks?  We saw Ramy get completely hosed versus Jay this year... Cutler 6th, Ramy 8th.

Phil is a safe choice.  He'll win until it's so obvious they can't give him the trophy anymore, and he'll get that last win that everyone calls bullshit on... then he'll retire.  

I don't see phil doing what jay or ronnie did, coming back past his prime when the next dude IS better.

Yates got out just in time.  Haney got out just in time.  Get that dynasty then retire.  Ronnie and Jay didn't.  

I do think that Phil is going to go OVERBOARD on the SIZE game this year, knowing if he is placed next to Ramy, he is going to look like a Narrow Child.   I think this is the year phil isn't as sharp again, his width is funky with new size, and he still wins.  Phil KNOWS the fans want to see ONE thing at the O... Him next to Ramy.  If we don't see that, we will be mocking him for being scared for the next year, same way the narrow/stepping over line thing has stuck with him.

Fans will call them on it.   Just as Phil stepping over the line has been mocked thousands of times, and that's ALL people look for now when Phil is onstage... it'd be a total punk/wimp move to avoid that comparison.

IT IS WHAT THE FANS WANT.  Nobody gives a shit about Phil vs Kai, that isn't going to sell tickets.  It would be cheating the fans not to show that comparison side by side.
