I love how we're supposed to just take Rich's word for his weight lol, he's obviously embellishing it to some degree. Who would make a series about gaining all this weight and size in 3 months and then goes and doesnt show a scale even one time during the whole thing.

Really glad I'm fairly young so I get to see what happens to piano in the next 20 years or so (or less).

one thing that has surprised me is how little food he eats. All these years he's preached 8-10 meals a day CMON blah blah blah and then he started releasing these videos and I have seen his 'meals'. Those weak ass pre prepared cartons of food with like 16oz (?) of total foo in them. Fucking nothing.

If I had fast food runs at 1 AM and top it off with ice cream, I wouldn't have visible abs, roids or no roids, plus he's like 45. Plus his workouts aren't anything so stellar either. I think a lot of it is Bullshit.

It's nothing but bullshit.  The only thing that is changing is his facial appearance... he's aging very rapidly.  For comparison, go look at his 4 year old Mutant vids or older Ric Drasin interviews.
