I only do 3 IU of gh !

10IU will be for this summer when lean-bulking for the beach ;D

only running it since 9 weeks or so now, I notice my skin looks much better and recovery is also a lot better.

nothing much as far as fat loss or muscle gain yet, but it seems like it gives the muscles a fuller look.
