i've started eating non fat cottage cheese ( 1 cup) right before bed since it's supposed to be a slow acting protein that feeds the body while you sleep? true or false? i know it's cheaper than taking some protein shake, plus easier and less tiresome than drinking another shake.
anyway, good idea?

Yes, casein protein. Good idea but try to limit dairy products when dieting.
