Tablets or powder?

I've only taken the tablets once and had a great workout that day.  But I *know* what the powder can do for me.

That's what I'm worried about... I don't want to have a bad creatine rage when I'm at the beach flexing and tanning
I'm going to be taking some melatonin and htp-5 to help control my rages... wish me luck!~  :D

when you are on a low calories diet to lose fats and use creatine at the same time, do you feel it makes you somehow bloated??.. i used creatine before but i was on a high calories diet and it increased my power noticeably but made me carry more water, both in my muscles which is good and under my skin which is of course bad..

i read a lot about creatine on the net and there are a lot of contradictory data!.. i belive it varies from one person to another..

HOW ARE THE RECEPTORS DOING,,YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL SO THAT THE MUSCLE RECEPTORS FOR THE CREATINE DOES NOT WEAR OUT OR YOU GET NO GAINS,,THATS WHY NEWBS ALL WAYS HAVE 15LBS IN THE FIRST 2 WEEKS THEN IT TAPERS IT OFF,,,JUST LIKE STEROIDS,,,BU MORE POWERFUL

I'm contemplating whether I should do 5 g's of creatine 2ED with 10 g's of glutamine ED. Or if I should just do the creatine straight.

Planning on doing a big 10 week cycle.

Any thoughts?

PS
I'm already doing 24 g's of whey post workout.

Extra power of Creatine are maybe 2-3 % at higher rep sets, hardly worth mentioning.

you either used a bad brand or your body is a weak responder to creatine!!..

creatine increased my bench press by about 15% and more important it gave me a good stamina to lift heavy till the last set in my workout!

creatine works, protien powders dont

i may use creatine again i generally experiment with it multiple times a year as a 'crutch' . for instance like i make trajic unknowing errors with my diet or experiment with the wrong foods, creatine is good then, at that point in time to take, to diminish errors and correct the body

If it's a boy, he will be sth like this:

I think I'm gonna have to cut down on the creatine, from 10g to 5g, I had a really bad rage today and it's starting to fuck with my head and make me ultra agressive... I don't know how the pro's keep their lids on with this stuff!

My friend took creatine (Celltech) and went from 165 lbs to 230 shredded in 5 weeks and his bench went up from 185 to 395.

Celltech is 544543325539234% more effective than test at building lean mass and adding strength. It's the safest way to become a massive muscleman!

yes, i think that counts as 'scientific proof'. If there are still doubts, i bet muscletech has some 'scientists' on their pay roll that will prove that cow piss is 100000 times more effective PWO than whey.
