Im gonna use creatine monohydrate again once iv finished my diet.

7 weeks left baby.

Lost 12lbs in 5 weeks so far. (2lbs water, 10lbs fat hopefull)  ;D

Creatine helps no matter what these people say. I have made more gains on it than any supplement I dont do roids.

creatine works, protien powders dont

i may use creatine again i generally experiment with it multiple times a year as a 'crutch' . for instance like i make trajic unknowing errors with my diet or experiment with the wrong foods, creatine is good then, at that point in time to take, to diminish errors and correct the body

protein shakes work offcourse but i doubt the cheap one works less good then a expensive one.

I don't take creatine because i want to stay natural and not get too big.

I had a friend who did a 2 week loading phase on creatine and he out on close to 50lbs.....50 lbs of muscle!

Poor genetics response..........when i take it i get so big it feels like my skin will explode.

I heard a guy called vanentino actually injected creatine straight into his arms. His arms measured 36 inches......seriously.

I think I'm gonna have to cut down on the creatine, from 10g to 5g, I had a really bad rage today and it's starting to fuck with my head and make me ultra agressive... I don't know how the pro's keep their lids on with this stuff!

My friend took creatine (Celltech) and went from 165 lbs to 230 shredded in 5 weeks and his bench went up from 185 to 395.
