im on my second week of superdrol, things are going real well. i have 3 days rest inbetween individual splits (i do for example chest/tri/shoulder then rest for 3 days). i do not feel any doms and i am lifting my ass off super hard. do you think it would benefit me more to wait 4 days inbetween or get at it at 3? w.o/sd i go 4 days. thanks.
