Bout 225. I do a lot of sprinting, which still isn't that easy lol. Decent genetics + lots of previous juice means I can forever gain weight just by looking at said baked potatoes, even though I've been clean seven years. Its honestly work just to be this light but im built similar to you in that its been bult and is easy to maintain.

Yes you are - but to be in comparison to spike in a muscle to fat ratio type of way you would weigh 200 pds and thats on hormones - i used to be like you to bro confusing "size" for muscle , but as long as you are happy thats all that matters

this is very strange i must continue to comment,,this fella has abdominal worthy of 6-7% and legs that are sliced prety well and upper torse that look 12% ,,very very strange case,,this should be studied more,,when someone reveal such abdominal cuts usually everything else ,,the delts ,,the arms,,the chest will be SCULPTED and shaped amazingly anbd only then the abs come in fully

Just in-case, I'm going to start doing some serious carb loading today.... up the cals by a couple of 1000 a day and I might get to non-twink status in a year or so......
