Depends on if he loads with insulin, if he does that he has to take in carbs.

Without a doubt the most impressive pictures are the ones taken days before the contest. Jays and Ronnies and Dorians and Dennis the Menace etc. always looked their freakiest days before the contest !

Guy looks good! Based on the new Phil Heath Rules...he should get a top 5 spot if he is on. The athlete rep was just on here...and said no more BS by the IFBB judges and sponsors.

looks better than I've ever seen him...I'm fascinated with the concept of a steroid using jap...Drugs in Japanese culture are way more taboo than in the states. They treat weed like heroine.

Legally, yes. But like anywhere, you can find drug users and suppliers.
Plus they drink like fish and smoke like chimneys...so I wouldn't say drugs are taboo.

ok, man...I just work with dozens of japanese everyday and have been there many many times...tobacco and alcohol (much like the US) are not widely considered "drugs"....and while it is true that you can find drugs if you really want them it is also true that the large majority of japanese have never even seen a joint nevermind smoked one

I live in Japan, so I agree with you there. The ones who have been overseas...well that's a different story ;D.
