i found that 20gr oatmeal before gym with stimulant keep mind more stable a clean refeed once a week does th job
one meal refeed is enough for me ,, some need 3 hours refeed ,
it about knowing your carb sensitivity , and that pretty individual
if carb make you watery easy n cant nail condition keto for ya ,, but if reach 4% bf with carb then stick with carb
