Yes, I agree. Excessive. When I was competing in 100 mile bicycle races I was burning about 6000 calories a day. This guy isn't doing that.

looks like an easy to prepare meal list, I often cook much more often in a day, and more complex meals.

I respect this diet on many aspects. Full of healthy fats,  lots of protein, quality nutrient dense food sources, high in fiber, not one single processed food, void of any artificial sweeteners. Say what you want, but that is a top notch diet plan only consisting of real food, no bullshit powders or potions.

He's an actor, he juiced up, ate a bit more because training and juicing made him hungrier but 7000 calories a day? hahaha. They will say anything so no-one mentions he might be juicing, oh but wait that physique is achievable naturally so that 100% means he couldn't have juiced  ;D

yes i agree that whole 7000 calories is a scam to make it sound difficult/impossible for people to do and hiding the steroid part of it

and it further helps promoting the movie and making him seem like a method actor who, like de niro and others in the past, put on weight for a role
