barbell curls dumbell curls incline dumbell curls with arms out concentration curls reverse curls and hammer curls to opposite shoulder
Close grips or dips skull crushers dumbell overhead extension (2 hands) single arm pushdown another pushdown to hit a different tri head

Barbell curls 9 sets
Close grip bench 9 sets

Biceps
Barbel Curls
Dum Hammer Curls
Preacher Curls
Behind the back wrist curls
Triceps
Tricep pushdowns
Over tricep extensions with cable

more then i did the last time in weight/reps. not volume.

Machine preacher curls
DB curls
Tri's
Close grip Bench
Machine overhead press
Pushdowns
One-arm pushdowns

biceps, 3 sets of bb curls, 6-10 reps
triceps, 3 sets of close grip presses, 4-8 reps
sometimes superset but most often not
frequency: whenever i feel like it, usually every other week

choose 3 exercises for bis, 3-4 for tris.
3 sets each exrcise.
whatever exersices feel best for you.
