You best bet is to ignore the negative comments and stick to seeing the humor in the situation. So far you've done well with this as far as I can tell. Don't screw it up by acting like some prima Donna.

It is nobody's business how you developed the muscle. Unless you are a professional athlete, using roids or not should not be an issue. You obviously aren't a fake unless you are saying you been shoot oil into your muscles to make them big and you don't seem dumb enough to do that.

Don't sell yourself short. 5'8" at 190 lbs. is not the average sized person. You are big. You may not be Jay Cutler big, but compared to the average dude, you're big. I weigh about 14 lbs. more than you and I am a couple of inches taller. I don't think I look big either.

The camera adds size to people. This is why most actors look so small when you meet them in person. Your arms looked plenty big in the video.
