The worst is eating all your meals for the day, and you try to go to sleep but you just can't cause you're sooo damn hungry, and you're just laying in bed thinking about nothing but FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!! for me when i was dieting for a show it was like what you are saying for the first couple of weeks or so but then it was becoming more bearable gradually till it was the normal thing

.. i mean the hardest part of any hard diet is the first part then when it passes and your system gets used to it everything is ok..

I am in full agreement here. I remember using Phosphagen when Muscle Media 2000 was in full swing, and I blew up quick. Phosphagen and Myoplex protein were bar none the best natural supplementation out there. BTW whitewidow knows his stuff!
