this an old stuff, but does anybody know what's up with Vic Richards? It was
rumored he was going to compete last year, but nope...
He is the same age as Reigning Ron, so he still could make some fuss out there...
Anyway he is awful

I don't think that's Victor Richards in that (morphed) pic, despite the text on it......unless it's another bodybuilder with the same name!

Vic Richards is now 40 years old he is down in size, but he still looks big compared to the average gym rat.

No, it is not Vic Richards in that first pic. His name is Ron Adams, and he won the NPC Maryland State Championships a while back, won a couple regional shows, and I think did fairly well on the national scene. He hasn't competed in a few years, because I think he's concentrating on his personal training career at the moment.
And yes, that picture is morphed!

I used to see Vic Richards at Gold's Gym in Pacific Beach, San Diego and he was a big dude.
Very modest, always covered up.
He would be friendly if you asked him a question but was soft spoken from what I saw and was all business in the gym.
No BS'ing with chicks, etc.. Just lift and get out.

He's probably in the hospital with diabitis after eating 30,000 calories a day. Or did he ever?
