Self governance doesn't work, it's proven many times over.
I guess we need an agency to oversea the MMS and the Obama Admn since they granted the waiver to BP for this rig.
We already have layer upon layer upon layer of regulation, agencies, govt hacks, etc. The problem is that they are hopelessly inept, corrupt, dont do their jobs, and are clock punchers more than anything else.
