Ryan's first budget cuts the tax rate on Cap Gains and Dividends to almost ZERO

Simpson Bowles wants Cap Gains and Dividend taxed as ordinary income which under SB top tax bracket (where guys like Romney and Ryan would pay all their taxes) is ~ 27 or 28%


So Ryan is @ ~ 0 % and SB is @ ~ 28%

BTW - wasn't Ryan the guy who said the Repubs not to work with the President to reduce the deficit
He didn't want Obama to have a "success" on that issue.   
This once again shows that Ryan is just a typical Repub who will always put party before country and the desires of wealthly people before anyone else
