Anyone who's played D-line long enough has fingers like that.
I have almost more dislocated knuckles than undislocated knuckles.
Par for the course when you run at a 300lb man as fast as you can and lead with your hands into his armpits and chest. Stuff's going to get broken and twisted up. Especially if you get a hand up in the facemask from time to time and the guy turns his head fast.
And, with busted up knuckles, the trainers never set it right. Especially if it's the last knuckles on your fingers. They don't even both re-setting them. They just tell you to tape it up and there's nothing they can do. I have disclocated every single knuckle on every single finger (the knuckle at the end of the finger). It hurts, but you just keep rolling.
I actually preferred dislocating down near the hand (the third knuckle) than the first knuckle...easier to set and relieve the pain. Alas, my luck was that it was always the first one that usually took the brunt.
My hands are a mangled mess. I suspect by age 60, I won't be able to hold a cup of coffee from the arthritis.
i dont understand why foot ballers dont use a closed fist instead of fingers very stupid.
ever been in a fight? if you do it with open hands or go to wrestle your shure to break a finger always lead with fists
