Gotcha, my goal is to get to around tiny twink range {200lbs} and have better cardio.
I'm planning to do a few obstacle course races next year.
Incorporate more functional stuff and less bodybuilding.
Superset everything outside of the main lifts.
You won't lose any muscle.
I'm doing 1 day a week for strength (box squat, deads, etc) two runs, 1-2 conditioning with weights.
