With so much chest and back work i think arm work will have to take a little bit of rest. If I were you I would take the arm day out.
If you want to "hit" the triceps twice a week still, I would make sure to use dips as a pressing exercise for the second chest day- that would hit the triceps plenty.
As for biceps, width exercise will beat the shit out of your biceps anyway. If anything is left you can add a couple of biceps exercises there..
Actually, you're probably right... I'm still exprimenting and trying to beat the shit out of my undersized arms for my bowlingball shoulders...
How about this:
Monday: Back tickness - biceps
Tuesday: Heavy Chest - triceps
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders - traps
Friday: biceps - Back width
Saturday: triceps - Chest
Sunday: Haider mom's house.
