Title: appetite problems...

this week i have absolutely no apetite. heres my eating schedule

8am 4 3gg whites and 2 yolk with 4 slices whole wheat bread
I practice(wrestle) from 10am - 1pm and drink atleast 1 gallon of water within that time 11-30 to 12 I'll have 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 scoop of protein powder
2 pm i'll have 4oz burger meat or chicken breast
after this i may eat only one more time for the rest of the day unless i force myself, yesterday i added 2 shakes 430pm before my workout 6pm then i had a 4oz burger patty 8pm and that was it.

is this normal, do people loose their apetite?

Sometimes, I will have appetite swings as well.  But If I'm training hard, usually never.  I would imagine your body is trying to stay where it is, and you have to eat a bit more than feels right to gain some weight right now

I usually don't have much of an appetite a day or two after I get really drunk.

If I was you I'd just eat as much as possible and your appetite will probably return soon enough.
