Anyone ever use this stuff?

What's the uptake speed supposed to be like?
It hasn't helped...

Its Gemma Protein.

Suppose to have a similar amino acid profile similar to Whey. So, I assume kinda fast digestion, could be wrong.

I know a trainer that uses it because she is allegic to all whey. She has tried almost all proteins and this is the only one that does not tear her up. Rimbaud, mod here, has used it and liked it alot I believe...

I do like it & when training regularly take it about once a day. Like busy said the amino acid profile is similar to whey. Taste is ok too.

i don think its the amino acid profile that dictates rate of digestion.

Might try it.  Am in Europe and it's really cheap.  So I'd use it like whey rather than like casein then?

I am not sure about digestion rate, but it's profile is similar to whey. That does not mean it will digest the same?!?

If you can use Casein, use before bed. Love it for that purpose...

digestion is like egg white protein powder , if you want to order it send me PM I will give you some advices how to order to Europe ( I'm also form Europe )

I don't think it can substitute casein , but that depends on , for what will you use gemma protein , also good choice is to mix it with other protein powders , I think that is even better option because some like gemma protein powder , some don't

Heads up about it. I notice that you need a little extra liquid when you mix it because it thickens up a lot if you don't.

The banana is very good. But I usually prefer fruit punch or orange (usually a safe bet since I pretty much only make my shakes with water).

Premium. I personally think the regular flavor suck. However, I've only tried about half of them (maybe).
