notice how he grabs the lighter DB from the far side of the gym walks them over to use the benches next to the heavy DB rack, where he proceeds to throw the small dumbells on the floor without reracking them "DORIAN YATES SYTLE"

, in less then 3 min he has 6 DB laying next to the rack that has the 80-110lbs ... What a fucking Kunt kid

The main thing that really brings down his physique in my mind are his sloped shoulders. He should minimize trap work and really if possible bring up the side delts. He has shitty shape to begin with but he should really try to do something about it. And oh, lose some belly blubber to enhance taper.
